I have been lucky enough to work in this wonderful family business for 18 years. A Training College in hairdressing , barbering and retail with a fully working commercial salon/barbershop. A very busy office where we have 700 plus students enrolled. I develop and implement processes, multiple LMS and procedures as needed in this ever changing learning environment, and manage all day to day admin tasks, students files, course enquiries, data management using various online programs and learning platforms, student fees....and the list goes on. And have created and developed and maintained up to date online learning tools, quizzes and assessments as per current training package. All tasks, processes and procedures compliance driven in the apprenticeships and training world.
