Responsible for providing new and existing customers with an effortless experience while driving sales of Bandwidth Infrastructure. Achieve sales and revenue growth targets through embedded base management and sales to new customers.• Develop deep customer relationships and drive sales to new and existing customers.• Work with customers to negotiate legal terms of orders and see them through to close. • Respond to and resolve customer issues to ensure preservation of company's reputation.• Foster inter-company relationships to provide timely resolution of customer and sales issues.• Track, analyze and report on channel forecast to upper management.• Manage primary leads queue and sales line.
