▪ Responsible for organizing and coordinating all activities for Children's programs▪ Develop and design weekly curriculum and learning plans▪ Manage 65+ volunteers through daily communication, assigning duties, work shifts and engagement opportunities▪ Lead classroom curriculums and learning opportunities, comfortable with public speaking and leading throughinfluence▪ Create and organize events to lead and promote community, including coordination and planning, setup and dismantle▪ Partnering with Director of Operations to set quarterly goals for desired outcomes, tracking key performanceindicators▪ Regular outreach to assess social service needs of clients (parents, children, and others in congregation)▪ Serving as case manager for congregation, as needed▪ Responsible for building event budgets, forecasting costs, selecting and managing third-party vendors▪ Enthusiastically wear multiple hats jumping in when and where required to assist▪ Provide client-centered service for children and parents▪ Promote team morale through experiences, joy and enthusiasm▪ Flexible team member eager to serve as needed in all capacities to ensure flawless teamwork and camaraderie
