I'm an analytical and passionate attorney with 20+ years of experience in real estate and contract law, among other areas. I diligently review, draft and evaluate documents to offer effective legal advice. In my current role, I serve as a corporate counselor with United Wholesale Mortgage. In this position I review real estate transactions and make recommendations for resolving title issues. I am responsible for reviewing chains of title, deeds, mortgages, judgments, liens and looking for defects on legal documents to ensure title history is clear to allow conveyance of property. I also conduct research for various company projects and provide opinions on real estate law questions. I also own and operate my own law office with a primary practice area of family law and adoption. Other areas of law that I practice include business law, real estate and contracts. I also co-owned and operated a law firm, acting as the business manager where I dealt with employee issues, payroll, taxation, billing, and overall management of the law firm. I also conducted legal research and document drafting for a wide variety of legal topics. Simultaneously, I co-owned and was the operating manager for a real estate company where I also dealt with employee issues, payroll and taxation. I also managed the law library and assisted the judges during hearings and jury trials. I was hired on for a second term by the presiding judge after my first year term was completed.
