Working in an intimate office setting, many hats were required. Along with regular office duties, I helped collaborate on promotional material and marketing strategies. Working independently, I took my duties seriously, but in return had freedom to express my creativity. Working in a team benefits everyone's creativity and is easily expanded through feedback and cooperation. When interns were assigned under me, I took great pride in making sure there was plenty for them to do. Making sure they feel as motivated about the job as I do.
