Reviews site plans, BMP designs, and as-builts for use in field inspections. Schedules and performs site inspections to confirm maintenance and note corrective actions; also inspects for E&S requirements. Works with owner(s) to satisfy requirements of the recorded BMP maintenance agreement. Reviews, writes, and approves BMP maintenance requirements for new site plans. Participates in planning and review of future BMPs. Assists with the VSMP annual report requirements and other supporting documentation. Prepares and generates reports to meet local and State Regulatory requirements. Responds to questions and concerns from citizens, surveyors, real estate agents, governmental agencies, engineers and environmental consultants concerning BMP Maintenance and York County Stormwater rules and regulations. Utilizes GIS and topographic mapping to determine drainage areas and determine land use/land cover. Processes Stormwater Management / BMP Maintenance Agreements when necessary, which includes County Attorney approval and recordation. Reviews drainage plans, permit applications, and stormwater as-built drawings for completeness and accuracy; conducts initial inspection for approval of as-built. Prepares and delivers presentations to increase public awareness about stormwater control. Report and follow up with illicit discharge protocol.

Simultaneously served as Rooms Division Manager and Assistant General Manager for a timeshare resort. Worked at multiple properties. Directed staff of 10-30 people. Directly reported to General Manager. Performed duties including hiring, overseeing and completing all employee training; procuring and receiving all supplies for resort; safety compliance; completing budgets; payroll; handling guest disputes; guest service; incident reporting; money card reconciliation; city codes and compliance; construction, development; and human resources. Converted property to Virginia Green standards. Improved safety equipment and procedures throughout resort resulting in no workers compensation claims during last three years of employment. Maintained all safety programs, SOPs, inspections, and security at resort. Oversaw fire, boiler, pool, and electrical safety programs. Served as liaison between corporate office and our property. Oversaw all operations and staff of front desk, maintenance, security, and housekeeping departments.
