(Dec 2014 - August 2015)• I have a great deal of experience of delivering training to an agreed lesson plan and have always followed the structures of the days training. I would specifically always consider the individual and group dynamics and ensure the delegates are put at ease during the earliest part of the training. This is where my awareness of individual attitudes, abilities and my interpersonal skills are essential in ensuring the delegates have a positive and effective learning experience. • I have knowledge of the learning cycle and a good understanding of how it is applied due to my own previous research on the subject and undertaking a two day ‘train the trainer’ course with Mencap L&D, which included experiential learning styles: activist, reflector, theorist and pragmatist. This is where I understood that I am more of an activist (prefers doing and experiencing) and that delegates are all unique in their learning.
