I am currently a pre-nursing student looking to work in the neonatal department. As the oldest daughter of eight, my love for children has led me to this chosen career path. I have a passion to help others, especially the most vulnerable of patients. Until I can officially become a nurse, I have chosen to pursue this passion through my volunteer activities. As such, I have worked with children with special needs in an after-school setting and have provided ABA therapy for a sweet 6-year-old with ASD. In addition, in order to expand my repertoire and span of experience, I have worked in a variety of settings, including managing a restaurant kitchen, working behind the scenes at a bakery, managing social media accounts as well as working as the assistant marketing director at a marketing firm.I look forward to completing my degree, so I can combine my passion, experiences, and education to help those during their most difficult and often scariest times.
