I lead and collaborate on healthcare delivery implementation research projects primarily funded through the National Institutes of Health. My work focuses on the appropriate identification and treatment behavioral health conditions and their sequelae within health services. My roles include conducting research on implementation fidelity and staff attitude research.MISPARC (R18HS027076-01): An implementation feasibility trial of the SPARC trial from Kaiser Permanente designed to implement alcohol screening, brief intervention and medical management of alcohol use disorder in small primary care clinics in Michigan and Indiana. I lead the research and evaluation of this feasbility study along with PIs Katharine Bradley and Anya Day.
