- Manage Cyberselect data requirements specific to Key Account quotes- Facilitate meetings with KAMs and reps that are linked to Key Accounts- Manage internal SAP (ERP) system requirements/data specific to Key Account orders- Manage external customer contact/schedule as required in support of Key Account Manager or Rep- Facilitate bi-weekly Hot Projects Meeting for sales team- Freight quote requests and re-consignments requests as needed - specific to Key Accounts- Manage project plans- Support KAM, RSM, NSM as needed with large project/key account management duties

- Process orders from CyberSelect to SAP ERP system- Verify and save proper documentation- Communicate with Reps about order information and status

- Help prepare for new classes- Email instructors and students about class information- Copy class handout material- Assist in setting up classrooms for different course

-Communicate information about the motorcycle safety program to students and instructors-Prepare paperwork for mailing for each motorcycle safety class-Create instructor contracts-Schedule students for retesting-Process purchase orders and invoices for payments to vendors-Record student information for instructor reference-Notified students and instructors about class changes-Check daily enrollment reports-Complete and submit necessary paperwork for classes, students, and instructors
