As gallery manager, I completed general administrative duties and oversaw the hiring of six summer interns, who I provided guidance for throughout their time at the gallery. I also curated the exhibition "Jacqueline Metheny: Observations" for the artist Jacqueline Metheny, whom the gallery represents. I coordinated with the artist about the exhibition processes and completion of press material artworks to display, pricing of works, and arrangement of works, and I copyedited press material for the exhibition, sending out such materials to over 800 contacts: curators, collectors, and press In the curatorial project, I researched, contacted, and interviewed eight artists from diverse backgrounds, immigrating from such countries such as the U.S., Iraq, Venezuela, and Nigeria, for a planned international exhibition concerning artists in migration. served as a curatorial associate for a planned, international exhibition on migration. Each interview was facilitated via Zoom or in-person and lasted upwards of two hours.
