Contract RN on a Hematology/ Oncology Transplant Unit

Coordinates daily administrative duties, including schedules, nursing assignments, and patient care. Mentors and trains new staff and nurses on standard operating procedures, hospital etiquette and ethics, and proper patient care. Provides support and guidance to all staff members in the form of assisting nurses with patient specific needs. Coordinates with nurses and hospital staff to facilitate proper and efficient flow of patients. Directs hourly admission and discharge of patients. Ensures that the department has enough nurses and workers to fit the proper number of patients under our care.
