In my previous role as Program Coordinator, I:• Facilitated and spearheaded individual supervision meetings and weekly clinical staff meetings to provide administrative and strengths-based clinical supervision to program staff.• Scrutinized and monitored the outcomes from the Recovery Transition Specialists and Medication Only caseloads.• Served as an escalation point for team members and interim Program Director while Program Director was off-site and ensured all activities were delegated appropriately and daily activities were properly coordinated. • Oversaw the daily operations of the department.
