My last role was for the Department of Health (DoH) NT as the Project Manager. I completed the upgrade from Windows 7to Windows 10 Upgrade for the agency with approx. 6000 workstations across the entire Northern Territory including 6 hospitals and 56 remote health centres. It included but was not limited to overseeing the management of Application validation and packaging, deployment schedules, risk management and maintaining a centralised communications structure with all stakeholders. All of this was completed while I was located remotely in Victoria.The major roles in the projects I am managing currently cover:• Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.• Co-ordinate and run meetings internally and externally• Be focal point of contact for agency PM for escalation processes.• Manage time’s allocations.• Negotiate time frames for project schedule with internal and external requirements in mind• Set and maintain upgrade schedule• Identify and escalate risks or issues via registers• Prepare status reports.• Adhere to project time frames, change control process, and communication plans.• Liaise between internal teams for project delivery• Application compatibility checking• Risk management for highly critical locations e.g. Emergency Departments• Hand over documentation for steady-state processes.
