Leah Mitchell is a Dallas, Texas Native from a loving, supportive family of six, born and bread in Plano, Texas. After receiving a dance scholarship to the prestigious Southern Methodist University, she graduate with a BFA in Dance and travelled the world fulfilling her lifelong dream of being a professional dancer. She has toured internationally with a number of nationally acclaimed dance companies and touring productions. Professionally, Leah is worked with artists like KATY PERRY, Adam Levine, Mary J. Blige, Pit Bull, and Paula Abdul. Performed in televised shows like the GRAMMY Awards, Latin American Music Awards, Castle, Black-ish, So You Think You Can Dance, Scary Movie 5, The Greatest Showman, and Texas’ own Dallas Cowboys’ Cheerleader Making The Team. Leah’s Business Development experience included companies such as Jackson Claborn, LLC Appraisal Firm, KJ Dance, InVivo Concierge Wellness Coaching, Elite Body Sculpture Plastic Surgery, Shaddock Homes (Land Acquisition) and Capital Title of Texas a Shaddock Company. She has over 17 years of experience responsible for monthly high net sales that total over $5,000,000, Working symbiotically with other leadership members to provide daily support, assess office performance. She acted as a mentor and guide to sales representatives on: strategically driving consistency to exceed quotas with new selling tactics. Established processes and procedures for: organization, documentation, client expectation and manage, and introduced marketing strategies and events for the companies to increase revenue. Due to her impressive people skills, and genuine love and compassion for every human being she comes in contact with, she would say her strongest skills are Negotiation, Business Development, professionalism, hospitality, kindness, integrity, and compassion. Recently she felt called by the Lord to start her own company RADIANT REALNESS, LLC a consulting firm, where she partners with like minded companies to helps with business development and internal growth. She is passionate about connecting the right people to one another, whose morals are in alignment with her own.
