As a Cashier at the Auburn University Bookstore, I assisted students, faculty, future students, and guests with transactions of clothing, novelties, and school supplies. Along with that, I monitored the sales floor to ensure merchandise is orderly and assist customers in need. I often times interacted with future students after they had gone on a tour and provided them with directions or spoke with them about my experiences at Auburn. Not only did I work to provide exceptional customer service, but I acted as a representation of Auburn University.

Furthered the New Account Redesign project within the Private Client Infrastructure team as a part of the Technology and Operations Program (TOP). Analyzed the firm’s new system for adding accounts to identify any issues and ensure quality control across entities. Utilized Power BI to create a dashboard showing the overall progress on the project.

I worked as a summer intern for Dynetics, a Leidos company, within the Supply Chain Compliance team. As an intern, I managed Dynetics’ Approved Supplier List of over 5,000 vendors. I worked through requests to add new vendors to the list by ensuring their financial capabilities and determining they did not have any violations against them. The Supply Chain Compliance team at Dynetics is responsible for holding vendors to the standards put in place by both Dynetics and the US Government.
