Additionally, I update and maintain accounts payable and receivables via QuickBooks and generate client invoices and produce the delinquent accounts report. Due to my organizational skills and diligence with maintaining the client database efficiency was greatly bolstered in the office. Moreover I have excelled within a demanding and fast paced work environment while successfully balancing staff and client needs while utilizing technological skills including Adobe Photoshop, MS Word, Excel, QuickBooks, and MS PowerPoint.The Office Manager helps to maintain a calm and peaceful office atmosphere in the waiting area and treats all clients with utmost respect and patience. The Prospective Student Center

The primary function of the Student Admission Representative is to represent enrollment Service to various constituents reguarding university admissions through Propective Student Services. The University area is charged with providing service and assistance in person, by mail, e-mail and telephone to all members of the campus community and the general public.

My position consisted of front desk duties. I played a part in the tutoring process and aided students with their technical questions in the computer lab.Basic office duties as well as responding to outside emails and phone calls.
