Through this job I have better my customer service experience, as well as learning the in’s and outs of retail.

Throughly this job I learned more about working with others. When moving product on the line, everyone had to work together to make everything run smoothly. If not we would have to stop the line or there would be arguments, in which I learned how important communication is in the workplace as well. My previous job I only interacted with my boss and customers, but working at Sauders we had to communicate as a team in order to get our work done efficiently and properly.
