  I am the Customer Service at Tech Direct. I handle almost all Customer Issues and questions. I do some tech support but very minimal. I check all paperwork to insure that it was built in the data base correctly filled out correctly in office and field and called in correctly. I discuss and/or train on any paperwork/excessive customer service problems. I keep all field paperwork up to date before it goes out to the field i.e. terms and disclsures 3 day cancellation forms customer forms. I along with a co-worker put installer paperwork together and insure that they have what they need to do the job the following day. I manage the Office hours (no payroll). I take incoming orders from sales reps that are out in the field. I do all of this on a daily basis there are also a few other things that I keep up with on a weekly/monthly basis but are not as demanding with my time so not as necessary to include.
