My current position as Wellness Guide, is my most unique job I've had. On the day to day I open the store by setting everything up from updating the menus to helping management in making sure the inventory numbers match up. My job allows to me consult with patients in getting to know what type of medication or effects they're looking to receive in further to guide them toward the right medication for them. In addition to the health side of the business I have also shared my photography side and had a few of my production photography shots used in our menu. I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to share my skills and passions with others through cannabis.

My role at Iron Hill Brewery and Restaurant is to oversee the day to day operations. During this time I am also reaching out to the community for involvment through our GIVE20 fundraiser program. I also am in charge of handing all banquet coordinations. This requires me to build guest relations and improve staff expectations on a daily bases. In this time we have made many staff improvements and are building a repor with our clientel successfully.

During my time with Iron Hill Brewery and Restaurant I was able to work my way up the ladder. I went from server, certified trainer to a salary manager. I coordinated and launched 4 Grand Openings in less than 2 years. Getting to build the foundation for the new stores to open was one of my most challenging and rewarding experiences. I very much enjoyed getting to leave my mark on a business that allowed so much growth for me.
