Passionate, adaptable, and committed to creating meaningful experiences, I served as a camp counselor at Herzl Camp, a Jewish sleep-away camp dedicated to fostering leadership, personal growth, and a strong sense of Jewish identity. I led a range of activities— from outdoor adventures to reflective discussions—that helped campers build confidence, independence, and lasting friendships. My role included planning and facilitating engaging programs, promoting inclusivity, and providing a safe, supportive environment. This experience strengthened my skills in leadership, problem-solving, and community building, and deepened my commitment to positively impacting others.

Led board to plan cultural, educational, and social events, coordinated community service projects and fundraisers, represented the organization at events and liaised with local leaders, facilitated board meetings and ensured member communication, and developed strategies to increase membership and engagement.
