Complaints Investigator
Current• Manage complaints (mortgage and non-mortgage customers) in line with standards in complaint management procedures ensuring CPC regulatory obligations are met• Drive the quality of investigations and responses to ensure the highest standard of complaint management and customer service• Maintain file records are in working order, secure and available to ensure prompt response to enquiries• Write letters to customers responding to customer complaints• Support Team Leader in completion of Ad Hoc tasks and management of reports/MI
