This was a significant change to be managed for the existing operations personnel which required careful stakeholder management to ensure the team were engaged, skilled and resourced appropriately to run the plant. This plant was achieved within budget and planned timelines.

Responsible for leading a Sydney based glass processing operation of approx 70 staff, which required rapid turnaround in performance. The safety & financial performance of the plant was significantly improved through application of lean manufacturing principles and effective change management strategies.

Responsible for leading the customer service teams across several locations in Australia, and shifting the culture to become a more customer centric focussed business. This was achieved through appropriate measurement of performance & impacts to customer, introduction of a new customer feedback tool & NPS score, design & introduction of new processes to manage clients projects.

North Ryde

Responsible for facilitating & collaborating with the leadership team to develop strategic plans for the commercial business. Prepared the business case and plant design for a new glass processing plant in Sydney, which was reviewed and approved by executive team. Role was also required to ensure delivery of initiatives on the strategic improvement plans were progressed as planned.

Wetherill Park / Erskine Park

This position was responsible for the Wetherill Park operations which was a diverse team of 70 employees. Achieved successful delivery of a major project requiring the relocation of existing operations to a new facility in Sydney. Plant & process design was completed utilising lean manufacturing principles. Careful change and project management allowed the plant to be delivered on time and within budget with no disruptions of supply to our customer.
