with the F&AS, my administration role was to process Foster carer applications and ensure all applications were dealt with in a confidential and professional manner due to the sensitive nature of the information. Assist with queries from Foster carers via phone and email and ensure that any formal letters required were factually correct and sent out in an appropriate time frame.
