I am responsible for overseeing the teller functions and daily teller line operations and assist the Bank in meeting its goals of sales and service by providing the highest level of customer service through an ongoing commitment to improvement in knowledge, productivity, and job efficiency. This position will provide supervision and guidance for the tellers in the branch, assigning and coordinating their work as well as assist the Customer Service area as needed. This position will maintain referral documentation and actively participate in sales promotions while conducting business in a professional manner and maintaining a neat and orderly work area.
