• Process and review reports for biweekly payroll cycle for 150+ employees• Assist with processing off cycle bonuses and payments• Provide daily support to employees regarding payroll and HR inquiries• Assist employees with enrolling or updating their insurance policy• Process all tasks associated with the employee life cycle (e.g. new hires, promotions, terminations)• Handle distribution of yearly W2 and 1099 statements• Assist with new Partner on boarding

• Recruiting for several positions: Account Managers from around the Southeast and nationally in various markets of interest, District Sales Managers, and other positions, per request, for several regional offices• Create job descriptions, maintain online job postings, source candidates, and conduct initial phone interview• Serve as the initial point of contact for all internally-referred candidates• Schedules additional interviews with several managers• Handles the on-boarding process: creates and extends the offer of employment, acquires all necessary new-hire paperwork, creates personnel files and handles sensitive information• Prepares employees to attend training: completes travel arrangements, creates and organizes trainees’ marketing materials, ensures catering services, and establishes a comfortable learning environmentHR Duties:• Delivers presentations to trainees: covers company policies and new hire information• Handles HR matters and issues that arise: enrolls candidates for medical, dental, and/or vision coverage, explains benefits plans, modifies/terminates coverage and follows up with Cobra for qualifying events, and completes verification of employment forms• Handled the annual enrollment: served as a liaison between the employees and the plan providers, explained changes in the benefits package and the addition of Workplace Voluntary Products, aided the plan providers in setting up one-to-one meetings with both in and out-of-state employees
