Assistant, Hcm Operations
Current- Execute and support global Human Capital Management policies, procedures, and projects- Coordinate first day logistics for U.S. new hires, ensure they have instructions and materials for a successful onboarding, and act as their primary contact- Collect, review and process new hire paperwork including I-9, follow up as needed for missing documentation and errors, and promptly escalate issues to HRBP team- Collaborate with HRBPs and Generalists regarding the immigration process; enter employee immigration data into Workday monthly; engage with third-party providers as needed; facilitate signatures and other documentation related to immigration cases- Work with HRBPs to communicate leave process to employees and maintain leave trackers- Support contractor onboarding and offboarding process and approve documentation- Maintain high standard of confidentiality for all employee records and information- Maintain strong working relationships with the global HCM team and key stakeholders to ensure consistency and clarity in the HCM process.
