Working with the Leadership Team, I designed, co-facilitated and managed the integration and delivery of:1- the CommLeader Strategic Judgement 2 day residential program for Executive Managers. The cornerstone of the leadership curriculum for Executive Managers, Strategic Judgement focuses on commercial acumen and business leadership, explored through a world class financial services simulation developed by CBA.2- CommLeader residential Days 3 & 4 for General Managers and Executive General Managers. Also designed around a world class financial services simulation, both programs integrate CBA's strategic priorities and core people leadership initiatives.3 - EM Talent Program in collaboration with not-for-profit New Horizons and their leadership team. This program stretched the judgement and strategic thinking of CBA’s most gifted EM’s in a way that delivered tangible value to New Horizons during the NDIS change.4 - EM Leader of the Future residential 6 day program incorporating classroom learning, strategic group work, one one one and group coaching and culminating in a final presentation to a GM and EGM panel. Working with EGM sponsors and leaders, this program was more than just learning, it was a highly engaged way of delivering embedded development to make a lasting difference.5 - Consumer Data and Decisioning - Empowering communications program. 6 workshop series elevating self awareness and appreciation of communication differences. Leading first the Advisory Learning & Development team and then the firm wide team focused on Client Experience consolidated my consulting capabilities with strategic planning and people leadership.Understanding how a business works, and the importance of client relationships supported design and facilitation of programs which delivered real business outcomes and helped to transform the PwC client experience.

Hands on people development together with learning strategy and organisational development for Australia and in AsiaPac were the top priorities in this role. A combination of HR Advisor and L&D Manager, I was able to integrate learning strategy with the performance review process. Designing and facilitating the C3 Capgemini Collaborative Consulting program and the Graduate recruitment and development curriculum were absolute highlights.
