Leah Arnold is a Senior Staff Attorney with Immigration Pathways for Victims (IMMPAV) at Legal Aid of North Carolina (formerly known as the Battered Immigrant Project). She provides free legal representation to low-income victims and survivors of domestic abuse, sexual violence, and human trafficking in their immigration cases. She joined Legal Aid of NC in 2015 after obtaining a J.D. from the UNC School of Law, a graduate certificate in global transmigration studies from the UNC School of Social Work, and a B.S. in Journalism with a certificate in Latin American Studies from the University of Florida. Leah is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and speaks Spanish.
