Worked in multiple different roles while working, including: dish washer, expo., and runner. All of these roles required good communication with other coworkers and having awareness of all customers. Midici is a relatively small restaurant so I would often be the only one working the floor. They believed in learning through immersion. It was a good experience and I was able to learn how to make decisions quickly. While at Midici I also had to learn how to talk and interact with customers, and how to stay calm in a stressful environment.
