I handled all marketing efforts for Essential Design, now Part of PA consulting, highlighting our expertise in the healthcare, consumer, and manufacturing industries. As the sole marketer for Essential, I collaborated with PA Consulting's specialized marketing professionals to navigate and implement complex strategies across content, field, and digital marketing. I provided insights that shaped our marketing during a design acquisition, kept the brand visible during the transition to PA, and developed creative solutions to help the team adapt to new marketing systems, ensuring smooth integration and continued engagement.

Essential is the U.S.-based innovation and design practice of the global management consulting firm, PA Consulting (acquired in 2018). Service capabilities include User & Design Research, Innovation Strategy, Product Design & Engineering, and UX Design.Promoted into a role primarily responsible for informing and driving the execution of Essential’s internal digital, content and field marketing strategy. Most recently, have contributed to multiple active projects for large, global clients, performing user and design research, stakeholder interviews, data analysis, and findings presentation. Have also led and coordinated informal workshops in our design studio and have brought a research-led perspective to our marketing strategy.

Started at Essential as a Marketing Associate responsible for executing brand and demand marketing tactics across multiple channels including web, events (field), and print. Helped manage the redesign of Essential's corporate web site, including copywriting, imagery, layout, and content development. Led multiple field marketing events from concept to completion, and maintained numerous relationships with local professional associations aligned with Essential's brand.

DMI is a membership-based association that provides design and innovation executives with access to members-only events, thought leadership content, and educational programming in an effort to amplify the value of the design profession.--Shortly after joining DMI from Stanford University as an intern, was promoted to a lead role with responsibility over the administration and development of a community of over 25,000 design and innovation professionals, including the revival of a dormant educational program.

At the time, WinnResidential was the sixth largest property management company in the United States.
