- Manage fitness center operations: payroll, site budget, monthly management, group exercise report and facility purchasing. - Hire, train and supervise qualified staff.- Work with team to develop annual strategic plan. - Design, market and implement health promotion programs and member fitness challenges.- Perform fitness assessments, equipment orientations and create exercise prescriptions for a diverse member population.- Personal train clientele.- Teach a variety of group exercise classes (strength and cardiovascular).- Development and implementation of running club for wellness center members.- Assist in creation of monthly bulletin boards.- Daily operations and opening/closing procedures.- Manage on-site massage program.
