This position was a short term contract from Mulpha to assist the move from Hayman to Sydney. Club Intercontinental is a 5 star lounge on the 31st floor of the hotel, we provide a personalized Front desk for Club guests and a private lounge with access to food and beverage. As a team leader I provide support and training for the Club attendants, assisting with concierge & front desk duties.

Provided support for the team during the last 6 weeks of operation before the island closure for renovations.This position was a short term contract on Hayman island, in which I was helping manage the Front office department with operations and guest relations.

I started as a Royal service attendant (switchboard operator) in this 554 room hotel and worked my way up in the Rooms division completing a year as a Housekeeping supervisor. Leading teams of 15- 20 colleagues a day, providing leadership, support and feedback.
