As the Senior Director of Social Impact, I am responsible for empowering effective philanthropy that transforms communities around the world. At Foundation X, we seek to convene an extraordinary community of families, founders, athletes, and organizations to catalyze collaborative community impact at scale. I lead clients through discovery, design and implementation of their personal plans to achieve their desired community outcomes. By identifying giving opportunities, developing community partnerships, and identifying other aligned funders, I carry out the plans as designed to fulfill the clients' vision.Key Responsibilities: -Lead and operate private foundations on behalf of clients, acting as a liaison between the client and in-house experts including tax, legal and compliance professionals-Provide strategic planning and growth consulting services for nonprofit organizations-Serve as Executive Director for clients' private foundation clients-Develop endowment investment policies and strategies for nonprofit organizations -Execute grantmaking and partnership strategies -Design high impact employee engagement programs and corporate giving strategies-Create and operationalize new nonprofit entities, guiding clients through the process of creating a foundation -Facilitate philanthropic conversations and planning for multi-generational families

- Manage outreach marketing plans for over 85 urgent care centers across 4 states.- Develop and maintain relationships with strategic local community partners and national 501(c)(3) organizations including: Girls on the Run, YMCA, Boys and Girls Club of America, Boy and Girl Scouts of America, All Kids Bike Foundation.- Team project lead for the sponsorship marketing campaign through the third party vendor, LeagueSide. - Work strategically across the Marketing Communications team to develop numerous assets that align with the brand, community partners and giving campaigns. - Created and facilitate a platform-wide community contest to generate brand awareness and increase visibility.- Generate content for the marketing team to highlight corporate social responsibility efforts and showcase the company mission.- Proficient Smartsheet knowledge, using the software as a budget tracking sheet, project management tool, and personal organization portal.

- Executed in-kind donation program that provided nearly 3,000 autographed items to non-profit and individual fundraisers- Facilitated two ticket programs and partnered with 200 non-profit organizations to allot and donate over 250,000 tickets - Managed both donor information and donation distribution software- Organized and communicated a week long volunteerism campaign - Coordinated player appearances at Target Field and in the community- Engaged underserved populations with Target Field and the Twins
