The Service Unit Manager serves as a knowledgeable, positive and encouraging source of support for the entire Service Unit Team and enthusiastically engages others in carrying out the team's plans for membership development and delivery of a quality Girl Scout experience.

Inspired by American landscapes, history, and art, Ms. Cleaver Creations makes embroidery, knitting, and sewing kits that combine high-quality materials with approachable instructions, because everyone deserves a handmade life. • Launched new embroidery kits and sewing patterns product line in 2017and 2018, respectively, including developing wholesale accounts with brick and mortar stores. • Doubled social media, blog, and mailing list audiences year over year between 2016-2017.• Created the “Instagram Handmade Fair” – a biannual event to increase visibility for small handmade shops. • Served on invitation-only design teams for Quince & Co. and Berroco Yarns.• Publications include Taproot Magazine; MAINE knits (winter 2017); Weekend Wraps (Aug. 2016); Knitscene Magazine (Featured Designer Autumn 2012); and Twist Collective.

CEI Capital Management LLC (CCML) is the Nation’s largest New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) allocatee. CCML is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Coastal Enterprises, Inc. (CEI) and utilizes the NMTC program to carry out CEI’s mission to help create economically and environmentally healthy communities in which all people, especially those with low incomes, can reach their full potential.• Primary drafter of 2012 and 2013/2014 NMTC Allocation Application. 2012 Application received $80 MM in allocation, the highest amount received that year.• Serves as primary assistant to CCML’s Chief Operating Officer.• Responsible for formulating and implementing policies.• Oversaw IT Consultant’s work in creation of Disaster Recovery Plan and IT User Policies, including implementation of shared drive reorganization and file access levels. • Assisted in creation of Board Policies and Procedures and Board Committee Charters, including oversight of law school intern• Integrated practices from various departments into cohesive procedure handbook.• Manages discreet projects including: conducted RFP and selection process for HR and IT Consultants and IT Services Vendor; and oversaw transition of CCML’s IT resources from internal local server to third-party cloud-based.

The Merle Reskin Theatre is the primary performance venue for The Theatre School at DePaul University with over 200 performances annually. • Created program copy and informational inserts for all programs in conjunction with Playbill.• Assisted with writing, editing, and layout for educational and marketing publications.• Participated in and created minutes for staff and marketing meetings.• Scheduled/trained students for front of house responsibilities. House managed rentals.

Greasy Joan & Co. is a semi-professional theatre company that re-imagines classic plays for the contemporary stage.Served as Company Manager on a volunteer basis.• Oversaw contracts for independent contractors.• Served as Box Office liaison and compiled all box office and end of run reports. Provided general administrative support including managing online document database.• Served on both marketing and development committees.

The Goodman Theatre is Chicago’s oldest and largest not-for-profit theater and winner of the 1992 Regional Theatre Tony Award.• Was first intern to receive byline for original research/authorship “The Creation of a Cycle: August Wilson’s Legacy” OnStage Magazine: Vol. 22, #2 Jan-Feb 2007.• Served as a research assistant to Dramaturg. Researched, wrote, and edited material for theatre publications, as well as securing all photo rights.
