As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Early Autism Services, I design and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism spectrum disorder. I apply the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to enhance their communication and social skills while reducing challenging behaviors. I also conduct assessments to monitor progress, provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians, and collaborate with the clinical team, parents, and teachers to ensure the consistency and quality of the treatment plan.In May 2022, I graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelors degree in Education and a minor in Psychology. In June 2024, I graduated from Capella University with a Masters of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. I have over three years of experience working with children in various settings, such as preschool, elementary school, and home-based services. I am passionate about supporting children's growth and development, and empowering them to reach their full potential. I have strong skills in behavior assessment, intervention, data collection, and reporting, as well as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. I am committed to continuous learning and professional development in the field of behavior analysis.
