In order to prepare today’s kids for a future filled with Artificial Intelligence, Technology and Ongoing Change, I have worked with our team to develop platforms & education methodologies that promote the development of Essential Human Skill Development in children & youth. Today's education system is preparing kids in a way that they will be competing with our iPhones for jobs, and it needs to catch up to what the world actually needs. Using my 15 years in Franchise Systems and my ongoing research and development in Human Soft Skill Development, I offer tangible tools that can both save organizations hundreds of hours and hundreds of thousands of dollars each year while also enabling them to become more "Human"; both in their interactions with their teams, and consumer base. Education is the key to any sustainable major change in our societies. We can rally the government, take personal development programs to better ourselves, make major changes in our individual lives when we realize at 35 that the way we have been doing it is no longer fun and it isn't getting us anywhere. ORWe can use our time now to educate kids differently. Rather than teaching them what to learn, teach them how to learn. Through ongoing research and development, our organizations are actively utilizing advanced methods in teaching designed to engage all students, regardless of their learning abilities, through learning and evolving their understanding of the world around them. A direct outcome for students, and parents, is developing students who are capable, confident, action oriented and, most of all, feel prepared to take on their life after graduation.
