Executive leadership role which operates at a VP/CMO level that plans, organizes and directs all aspects of marketing, networking and sales processes for Falcons Landing, primarily for Independent Living. Including but not limited to, development of goals, marketing plans, management of budget, overseeing advertising in print & digital, establishing a corporate image/brand and more. Responsible for Business Development opportunities with senior living leaders, hospitals, and more. Consults with health services (assisted living, memory care & skilled nursing) marketing & sales efforts.

Responsible for sharing the artistic vision of Curtains Up! through community outreach and development of business plan. Develop and collaborate with board to implement new artistic outreach programs and selection of material and/or artists to be produced. Curtains Up! Theatre Company will give back to the community by partnering with local businesses to revitalize downtown. Our focus will be to present shows that are entertaining and thought provoking. We will not limit ourselves to one genre and will be open to Comedy, Drama, Mystery, Improv, etc. We plan to run 5-7 shows per season in the evening and during the day we will have a "Brown Bag" Lunch Theatre for students to come and see an hour long production. During these field trips they will have the opportunity to meet not only the actors, but all technical staff and understand how a theatre works. We are in the process of finding our theatre home, seeking investors and volunteers.

Responsible to build and develop independent, assisted living and skilled nursing occupancy by providing prospective residents and/or responsible parties with appropriate information and assistance to the assisted living facility. Also responsible to build external business relationships through education and marketing events. From Feb 2009 - December 2012 worked with Heartland Hospice as a Business Development/Account Liaison and provided education and help build professional relationships to increase the awareness of Hospice Benefit.It was a pleasure to work and grow as a professional through all levels of care.
