Created by my husband Curtis Snider, Slabtown Smokers produces the most delicious bacon available in Portland. We slow-brine and slow-smoke our bacon to perfection, resulting in exquisite flavor and texture. As business manager, my task is to expand our market, communicate with customers and retailers, and provide support for operations. Our bacon is currently available at Zupan's on Burnside, Lake Oswego Farmers Market, Hillsboro Orenco Farmers Market, and Botto BBQ in NW. We are expanding as we speak; soon to be in more retailers and restaurants around Portland as well as online sales!
