I am a graduate of Western University with an Honours Bachelor’s degree specializing in Geophysics with additional focus in planetary and environmental sciences. I am passionate about Earth observation, geophysical exploration, environmental research and conservation, climate action, planetary exploration, and science communication.Throughout my degree, in addition to gaining a deep understanding of various geological aspects of the Earth, I also participated in several hands-on field courses, including those focussed on GIS, remote sensing, field mapping and geophysical ground surveys. I completed a thesis focussed on constraining the global topography of Titan, Saturn’s satellite, which required extensive analysis of SAR and LiDAR data taken from NASA's Cassini Mission. I also have extensive experience in educational outreach and administrative roles, including multiple years of working in outreach for the Institute for Earth and Space Exploration at Western University, as well as at Mathstronauts and EnviroCentre. I also gained valuable experience in data analysis and digitization in Earth sciences with my work at PurpleRock, a geoscience analytics company based in British Columbia.
