Since 1976, Centurions Leadership Program has earned its reputation as an unequaled training ground for future Kansas City leaders. The two-year program has more than 80 active Centurions who spend hundreds of hours serving the community and learning about Kansas City. As a centurion I serve on the Legacy Project Committee.

In my role as Director of Development at Centric, and as a key member of the Leadership Team, I was instrumental in driving the company's strategic direction and growth. At MANICA Architecture, a leader in sports architecture, I played a key role in iconic projects, enhancing my design skills and understanding of architecture's impact on community and revenue. Key achievements include:Design Leadership: Led design from concept to master plan for venues like the San Francisco NBA Arena and Camp Nou Stadium Renovation, managing large-scale, high-profile projects.Team Management: Mentored juniors and collaborated with consultants, ensuring projects met our excellence standards.Client Engagement: Served as a primary contact, ensuring client visions were realized and maintaining satisfaction.Innovative Solutions: Addressed complex challenges with solutions that improved aesthetics, functionality, and project revenue.Regulatory Navigation: Successfully navigated San Francisco’s planning guidelines for the NBA Arena project, enhancing local community and financial outcomes.Software Development: Created parametric software, boosting in-house efficiency, presented at an international conference.Projects include the Golden State Warrior’s Arena, Camp Nou Renovation, and VTB Stadium, among others.
