Current- Lead 360 marketing programs and brand planning for top agency clients and programs.
- Serve as a strategic partner for all clients through the life cycle of their marketing projectsfrom identifying project goals and KPIs, budget management and strategic recommendationsin the integrated marketing space
- Lead strategic planning with agency team members inclusive of competitive analysis, markettrend research and best practice planning
- Lead agency cross functional teams ensuring client deliverables are met and each vertical isdelivering best in class work
- Oversee all project budgets to ensure efficiencies are found to maximize impact based onclient needs
- Co-create internal best practices and standard operating procedures for streamlined workacross agency teams as well as within the accounts department.Clients: Bacardí, Netflix, H&M, Birkenstock, Bose, Google, Uber.
