My work included: • Managing the ONYX Collaborative Quarterly meetings and the work of the ONYX working groups associated with the afterschool collaborative. • Guiding the mapping of youth data to inform a report on the youth provider landscape in Pittsburgh’s Northside.• Researching and implementing a shared transportation pilot to improve afterschool transportation for youth• Coordinating the Remake Learning Days events for Northside and the Hill District (due to the relationship APOST has with partners) neighborhoods. • Managing the time and activity of seven One Northside AmeriCorps members Show less

In my scope of work, I supported the President/Chief Professional Officer through research, analysis, and interpretation on various topics to inform the strategic planning process, which included fundraising and public policy trends in human services and deep analysis of the United Way SWPA's current work… Show more The United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania (SWPA) has decided to write a five year strategic plan and needed support in reflecting on the past ten years and how to change in the future . In my scope of work, I supported the President/Chief Professional Officer through research, analysis, and interpretation on various topics to inform the strategic planning process, which included fundraising and public policy trends in human services and deep analysis of the United Way SWPA's current work. I also shaped seven distinguishing characteristics of the United Way SWPA for consideration of future work of United Way SWPA. The final deliverable was a day long retreat for Community Impact Directors to reflect and discuss their work over the past ten years and how the work will adapt to meet the changing need in human services over the next five years.
