I also shaped seven distinguishing characteristics of the United Way SWPA for consideration of future work of United Way SWPA. The final deliverable was a day long retreat for Community Impact Directors to reflect and discuss their work over the past ten years and how the work will adapt to meet the changing need in human services over the next five years. I explored, recommended, and enacted best practices in improving conversation between the government and community. My main work included: researched, conducted cost-benefit analysis, and developed implementation plan for municipal maintenance process improvement, with the goal of reducing total cost over the life cycle of Borough assets.
