This included strategy creation and integration, assessment of talent management needs, ownership of the professional development program across the company, and driving specific change and culture initiatives required to support the talent within CarLotz.

Acted as a the CEO’s liaison to external stakeholders; produced and implemented creative funding and partnership opportunities through grants management and submissions; program coordination and management ; program evaluation; provided operational support and developed best practices and policies for the agency’s nonprofit organizations; meeting facilitation; created, planned, and implemented a corporate volunteer and community service initiative; designed, facilitated, and analyzed internal research; established HUD compliant guidelines for transitional resident services; drafted internal protocol for community and partnership development; authored and managed project charters; event planning; tracked and reported on relevant local, state, and federal legislation.
