PrintSoft develop software for high speed laser printing. The software consists of a suite of applications and supporting products that run high speed laser printers. Originating in Melbourne PrintSoft has offices in the US and throughout Europe.- Staff recruitment, supervision, training, guidance and motivation of a team of fourteen including: software developers, QA staff and a technical writer- Research, design and delivery of various processes and improvements including the use of software specifications, user requirements, coding standards and code reviews- Lead project team responsible for the development of an Integrated Development Environment (IDE), based on the look and feel of Visual C++ for the PrintSoft scripting language- Introduced Stingray Library and COM to the company. COM was later used to integrate Data Wizard, developed by the Munich office- Created a wrapper for the Data Wizard and worked with Hamburg and New Zealand offices to integrate the Data Wizard into their Microsoft Word Plug-in and Delphi projects- Designed and implemented an API for PrintSoft clients to add their own wizards to the IDE.
