If life has taught me one thing, it's not to take each day for granted. I am a qualified advocate, mental health practitioner and wellbeing coach.I use my time to support and encourage individuals who suffer from invisible illnesses. Through an online community-based support system, individuals can be signposted to the most suitable services and resources in their local areas, and they enjoy partaking in discussion around current wellbeing topics in our free online Zoom classes. They no longer have to suffer in silence, as many still do. Instead of trying to convince those closest to them that they're 'OK,' I encourage the community to speak up about their invisible illnesses; they accept the reality, find the support they need, and find freedom they've been desiring for so long.
