As a behavioral health technician at LEARN Behavioral, I provide individualized and evidence-based services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. I use applied behavior analysis techniques, such as discrete trial teaching, to help them improve their communication, social, and adaptive skills. I also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including behavior analysts, therapists, and educators, to ensure the best outcomes for each child and their family. I graduated with a BA in psychology from Westfield State University in May 2022, where I developed a strong interest in the field of behavioral health and a passion for helping others. I have more than six years of customer service experience, working as a service clerk and a customer service representative at Big Y World Class Market. I have honed my skills in communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and customer satisfaction. I am committed to learning and growing as a behavioral health technician and to making a positive difference in the lives of the children I serve.
