A truly unique Indie with a focus on nurturing and supporting an inclusive pipeline of creative talent, we produce award-winning scripted drama/comedy, documentaries and shortfilm.I am have a strong and varied skill-set ranging from script development, script editing, pitching business strategy, financing, production fundraising, co-production, film & TV production, new business acquisition, client liaison and relationship building. I represent Fully Focused on the Film London Equal Access Network panel, partnered with Film Fixer and Screen Skills to launch the free-to-access 'Set Ready' film training course for underrepresented young people and speak regularly on how the Screen Industries can become a truly inclusive and accessible industry.The core values of FF are to proactively seek to nurture an ethnic and socio-economically diverse range of talent, supporting them to develop industry-standard screen career skills on an accredited training programme and through paid work on high budget films and TV productions. Producing both scripted and factual, short and long-form films for a wide portfolio of studios and streamers for broadcast and distribution on our hugely successful YouTube platform 'MYM', one of the UK's most exciting platforms for emerging and diverse young film-makers.I produce scripted and factual film/TV with responsibilities including identifying and contracting screenwriters, developing scripts/treatments, sourcing crew, casting, auditioning and contracting onscreen talent, location management, script editing and development, post-production coordination, delivery to client/broadcaster, film trailer production, social-media marketing/promotion strategy, online distribution strategy. Expanding and nurturing our network to provide exciting, paid career pathways for our team of young creatives. Acting in a mentor capacity for these young people to provide career and personal guidance, CV development and film industry skills training (by shadowing me in my business and production duties)Extensive film and TV industry contacts and professional relationships with broadcasters, commissioners, industry bodies, post-production community and close relationships with many of the leading Actors and Screenwriters agents.
