Provide support to ZoomInfo's first CIO and her leadership team to help build the foundation for enterprise scalability. Work side by side with the Senior Director, Strategy & Operations to implement employee engagement, build vendor relationships, help organize change management, and support the delivery of projects and programs that benefit the company and our internal stakeholders.

Lead project management resource for non-development projects in the R&D space. Reporting directly to the VP of Engineering while supporting 300+ Software Engineers, Product Owners and Product Specialists. Some responsibilities include maintaining the R&D expenditures and transactions for vendor procurement, manage internal program communications, manage internal SharePoint site collection, and Onboarding/Offboarding of contingent workers. I've also co-lead an employee engagement team in implementing culture, community and career opportunities within the Charles River Development family.

Responsible for deployment of programs designed to help companies involved in the manufacture or distribution of temperature sensitive food products to monitor and continuously improve their cold chains. The activities of this position involve set up of databases and customized reports, defining standard work procedures and training. This position also involves significant interaction with a cross functional team, based mostly in North America and Europe, which includes salespeople, hardware and software engineers, IT managers, data analysts, project managers, industrial Engineers, food scientists and field technicians.

The Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all aspects of programs designed to help companies involved in the manufacture or distribution of temperature sensitive food and pharmaceutical goods, monitor and continuously improve their cold chains. Provides direct support to the Professional Services Application Specialists and Assistant / Program Managers in the execution of data warehousing and analytics programs. This involves downloading temperature monitors and maintaining databases for customer programs, training customers in program execution, ordering, building and maintaining databases, providing ongoing support to clients, and project management. Works with a cross functional team that includes clerical personnel, data analysts, project/program managers, industrial engineers, and field technicians. This typically involves interaction with QA or operations personnel in food and or pharmaceutical companies by phone or email.
