I am Leah Cho, a current junior at The University of Alabama. I am majoring in Apparel Design with a minor in Art. I am currently a member of the Student Fashion Association, the Co-Director of Communications for the Asian American Student Association, and Co-Director of External Affairs for the Dance Honors Society of Alabama.Over the summer and winter breaks of 2022 and 2023, I worked at Buttermilk Sky Pie Shop in Knoxville, TN. In the Summer of 2021, and then again in April 2022, I volunteered at the US Department of Veterans Affairs Outpatient Clinic. I also worked regularly in childcare at West Park Baptist Church from July 2019 to August 2022. I currently work as a barista at The University of Alabama Student Center Starbucks.In high school, I was on my school’s dance team all four years of high school. Over the course of my time on the team, we won five national championships and six state championships. I was also a member of the National Honors Society and our yearbook staff. I graduated in the top 20% of my class of roughly 430.
